Staffing Support When Additional Capacity Is Needed

BECS provides qualified paraeducators, behavior technicians, substitutes, and 1:1 support staff to help districts maintain student support while building more sustainable internal systems. Our staffing services are designed to complement, not replace, district capacity-building efforts.

Staffing Support Options

BECS helps districts access qualified support staff for a range of classroom, behavioral, and student-centered needs.

Three Tiers of Staffing Support

01

Tier 1: General Inclusion Support

Highly skilled General Support Paraeducators provide essential academic and behavioral support within the classroom. Trained to maintain engagement and promote inclusion, these professionals help students stay on track, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

02

Tier 2: Behavioral Support Paraeducator

Our Behavioral Support Paraeducators work directly with students who face behavioral challenges. They deliver consistent 1:1 support, implement proactive strategies, and reinforce positive behaviors — creating a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes growth and stability.

03

Tier 3: Intensive Behavioral Support (CBT/RBT)

When intensive intervention is needed, BECS provides Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). These professionals apply an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) framework to develop and implement individualized plans that address each student’s unique needs. Under BCBA supervision, strategies are continuously monitored and adapted to achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.

What Makes BECS Staffing Different

BECS staffing support is designed to do more than fill vacancies. We provide trained, school-based support staff with responsive communication, clear expectations, and connection to broader systems support when needed.

  • Trained Educational and Behavioral Support Staff

BECS connects districts with staff prepared to support school-based needs, including classroom routines, student engagement, behavioral support, and individualized assistance.

  • Flexible Staffing Options

Districts can access support for short-term coverage, ongoing placements, transitions, substitute needs, and more intensive student support.

  • Student-Centered Support

Our staffing approach is designed around the needs of students, classrooms, and district teams — not a one-size-fits-all model.

  • Behavioral and Inclusion Support

BECS staff support students connected to IEPs, BIPs, FBAs, classroom support plans, and inclusive learning goals.

  • Continuity-Focused Model

Our goal is to help districts reduce service gaps, maintain consistent support, and strengthen student services over time.
