Staffing Support Services

Our services go beyond educational consultations. We provide qualified support staff to meet the diverse needs of school districts across the state of Washington, with a focus on the Puget Sound area and the east side of the Cascade Mountains, including Chelan, Douglas and surrounding counties. Our staffing solutions range from general classroom paraeducators to trauma-informed and de-escalation-trained paraeducators. We also offer CBT/RBTs under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), as well as substitutes, ensuring that contracted support services continue seamlessly without interruption.

To address the unique needs of each student and district, we offer three flexible tiers of staffing support that can be customized to fit your goals:

General Inclusion Support (Tier 1):

We provide highly skilled General Support Paraeducators who offer essential academic and behavioral support to students in the classroom. These professionals are trained to keep students engaged with the curriculum, ensuring they receive the guidance and assistance needed for success. By offering quality, reliable support, our paraeducators contribute to a positive and productive learning environment, helping students stay on track and achieve their full potential.

Behavioral Support Paraeducator (Tier 2):

Our Behavioral Support Paraeducators are trained to work directly with students facing behavioral challenges. They provide 1:1 support, offering the guidance and oversight necessary to help students stay on track and succeed academically. These professionals play a vital role in addressing students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs, contributing to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Intensive Behavioral Support (Tier 3):

For some cases, intensive support from Certified Behavioral Technicians (CBTs) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) is necessary. BECS provides behavioral specialists trained in crisis prevention, utilizing an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) framework to address each student’s unique needs. Our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) supervise and guide the development and implementation of individualized behavior plans, ensuring strategies are applied effectively and adapted as needed for positive outcomes.

Expert Behavioral Support from Our Dedicated BCBA Team

At BECS, our team of experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) brings specialized expertise in developing and refining Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs), and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). We collaborate closely with educators and families to create tailored strategies that address each student’s unique needs and promote their success.

Once these custom plans are developed, our Licensed Behavioral Technicians (BTs) implement them with precision, ensuring that students receive the targeted support they need to achieve their goals. With our expert guidance and evidence-based approach, we help students navigate social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, fostering positive daily interactions and long-term success.
